FAQs

I have listed some of the most commonly received questions below. If there is anything else I can help with, feel free to schedule an introduction call

1. How does live wedding painting work?

A live wedding painting is a wonderful way to capture the magic of your day and create a keepsake you’ll treasure forever. It also adds a special touch of entertainment for your guests as they see the painting come to life.

About 3-4 weeks before your wedding, we’ll have a call to go over all the details such as your schedule on the wedding day, the special moment you’d like painted (first kiss, aisle exit, first dance, etc.), and any other preferences.

On the wedding day, I’ll arrive 1–2 hours early to set up and prepare the canvas. When the chosen moment arrives, I’ll take a quick photo of you to capture it perfectly. Based on our discussion, I may have a short photoshoot (e.g.- favorite area of the venue ) I then use that photo as my reference and spend the rest of the day painting live, while your guests enjoy watching the progress.

By the end of the evening, you’ll get a sneak peek of your painting. I’ll then take it back to my studio to add the final touches.

Please allow me up to 12 weeks to deliver/ship the painting to you.

2. How do I book

Please send your inquiry through the 'Book the date' form. Once I receive it, I’ll email you all the booking details. Towards the end of the form, you’ll also see an option to book a free introduction call. Feel free to schedule a call . I’ll be happy to answer any questions you may have

3. Do you travel?

Yes! I take wedding painting bookings across Canada as well as internationally. Please share your wedding venue in the form so I can provide the details. Travel costs vary depending on the location, but I’m always happy to come to you to paint your love story

4. What do you need at the venue?

I only need a small space with access to a power outlet and a chair to set up my easel. If your wedding is outdoors, it’s best to have a spot in a covered area so the painting stays protected
