Hi, I’m Renu! I’m a portrait artist based in Toronto, Canada. I’ve loved art since I was a kid. My grandfather was an artist, and he’s the one who first put a brush in my hand. He taught me that art isn’t just about what you see on a canvas, it’s about the feelings, the expressions, and the stories that give it meaning.

Portraits have always been my passion. I started out painting pets and people more than 10 years ago, and 5 years ago, I officially started my small business creating custom portraits of both pets and people. Along the way, I tried using coffee as a painting medium, and people loved it! It’s now one of my favorite ways to create something unique and warm.

Now, I’m bringing that same love for portraits into the world of live wedding painting. Capturing a couple’s love story on canvas as the day unfolds feels like the most natural extension of creating art that’s filled with meaning. Whether it’s a pet portrait, a coffee painting, or a live wedding painting, my goal is always the same, to capture real emotions and stories on canvas
